Rewards and Refer a Friend

This week we spent some time considering the simplicity of goals, like the ones above, and the amount of details required to make most goals a reality. Consider the changes our bodies go through starting from 5 years old to when we're able to ride an adult sized bicycle and then even more so as we develop as cyclists in our preferred disciplines. These changes are things of beauty yet we seldom stop to consider the complexity of the atomic structures and mechanics required to facilitate these goals.

Now onto the topic of the week. We want to mention our rewards and refer a friend program. It's a great way to earn points that can be used to discount future purchases and introduce your friends to the brands.
We refer to points in the rewards program as spokes points and below are the ways to earn:
- 200 points - create and account
- 1 point for every dollar spent
- 200 points on your birthday
- 50 points for referring a friend while your friend gets a 15% off coupon.
Each of our products displays how much of a discount earned points will grant and the key fact to remember is that points are worth more on more expensive items. For example, 600 points is worth $23.25 on bib shorts retailing for $154.99 but only $2.25 on cycling socks retailing for $14.99.
