Founded in 2009 by former professional cyclist Pedro Cardoso, who after a 15-year career decided to apply all his passion and experience to cycling. Pacto aims to be world reference in cycling equipment. Heavily focused on custom and the european pro conti racing scene, all Pacto products seek a balance between original design, high quality and comfort with ergonomic features perfected through experience in most demanding conditions.
